Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to Windows OS, MS Office, and IT support tools.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis for end-users.
• Resolve and close incidents and service requests per procedures and timelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues within agreed timescales.
• Log incident details and communicate progress to clients.
• Maintain updates until issues are resolved; perform hardware/software maintenance.
