Job summary

Dikshatek Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in IT staffing and recruitment solutions in the Philippines. You will expand the client base, build long-term partnerships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires a proven track record in IT staffing, staff augmentation, or RPO, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A hybrid work arrangement is offered to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, or Workforce Solutions.
• Proven success acquiring new clients and closing staffing deals.
• Experience managing full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients needing IT recruitment and staffing services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
• Conduct client discovery to understand hiring needs and propose staffing solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain market awareness of IT hiring trends and opportunities.
