Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation seeks an IT Service Desk Manager (Desktop/Laptop Support) to overseeIT support across the company, including hardware, apps, and security. You will manage incidents, problems, requests, and vendor activities, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role includes end-user training, UAT support, and regular reporting. Hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) is required in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, engineering, computer science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT desktop/laptop support.
• Experience in incident and problem management, and request fulfilment.
• Itil certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT service delivery including hardware, applications, and security.
• Manage incident, problem, and request fulfilment processes end-to-end.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation.
• Prepare BAU and ad hoc reports for management.
