Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Application Support professional to handle day-to-day support for core and mobile applications, ensuring top availability and rapid incident response. The role includes on-call rotations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

You will utilize SQL for issue investigations, create technical docs, and act as a primary POC for an assigned application. A 2–3 year track record in similar roles is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Application Support or similar role.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g JIRA) and monitoring and logging tools (e.g Splunk, Azure)
• Has experience of creating technical documentation
• Excellent customer service skills in both verbal and written
• Intermediate SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support to HC's core applications, mobile applications, and other integrated systems.
• Monitor application performance and ensure availability and reliability.
• Follow established escalation procedures during application outages or high/ critical incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and implement improvements
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations to provide support outside regular business hours.
• Respond promptly to high/ critical support requests during on-call periods.
• Use SQL to investigate and troubleshoot application issues, root cause analysis and support data validation
• Create and optimize SQL queries from scratch to fulfill business and IT requirements.
• Assist in data extraction and reporting tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge-based pages
• Serve as primary point of contact (POC) for at least one supported application.
• Develop deep expertise in the assigned application to provide advanced support and guidance .
