Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT SAS Application Senior Specialist to ensure stable, secure SAS environments, supporting business users and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

The role focuses on operation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAS platforms, monitoring, incident resolution, and documentation to enable reliable end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SAS applications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with SAS platforms (SAS 9.x and/or SAS Viya preferred).
• Working knowledge of SAS programming and job execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for SAS applications (e.g., SAS 9.x, SAS Viya, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS DI, SAS BI).
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, defects, and performance issues.
