Manulife is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Insurance Operations team in a hybrid work environment. You will monitor employee performance, motivate, set goals, and collaborate with other departments to meet service levels and reporting requirements.

In this role, you will provide direction to onshore or offshore associates, conduct regular team meetings, review processing issues, and support risk mitigation and corporate initiatives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Experience supervising a team or senior associates.
• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Ability to manage performance metrics and reporting.

• Provide direction to onshore or offshore associates.
• Effectively communicate service levels daily.
• Liaise with other departments for unit reporting and metrics.
• Provide feedback for corrective measures after audits.
• Maintain inter-department relationships with collaborative efforts.
• Set and enforce clear expectations for quality and productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review issues and educate staff.
• Provide frontline management presence and coaching.
• Monitor and manage daily workflow.
• Support corporate initiatives including disaster recovery testing and recognition programs.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in department risk initiatives to mitigate risk.
• Act as project lead on large administrative projects.
