Job summary

ByteBridge Technology, based in the Philippines, is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, HR operations, and regional HR matters for Saudi Arabia and other offices. The role requires hands-on, organized, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Philippine labour regulations and coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Good understanding of Philippine labour laws, statutory contributions, and HR practices.
• Experience coordinating payroll and employee benefits.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with employees and stakeholders across different countries.
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as Deel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support recruitment activities for other regional offices when required.
