Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to define complex system scopes and objectives and collaborate with internal partners to develop, install, and enhance systems for the business.

The role involves working with internal IT teams, supporting end-user processes, and delivering technical solutions across CBRE's Global Workspace Solutions segment. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the business process to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
• Research and support advanced end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines.
• Develop relationships with high-level clients and internal and external IT teams.
• Review information on areas of improvement and implement changes to increase user satisfaction.
• Log and track work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations.
• Provide end-users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.
• Devise and change procedures to solve complex problems; document requirements and translate into system specs.
• Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
• Generate customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.
