Job summary

Sterling Talent Solutions Philippines is seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Global Operations teams across regions. You will develop and refresh content, run refresher sessions, and track outcomes to maximize learner engagement and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience in training delivery, a willingness to work hybrid and after-hours as needed, and a commitment to cross-functional knowledge across processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+2 or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Must have minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Global Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to new employees across Global Operations.
• Facilitate cross-skilling initiatives and refresher sessions.
• Update training materials to maximize learner engagement.
• Maintain training reports with 100% data accuracy and integrity.
• Support compliance and process training initiatives, including monthly campaigns.
