Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in creative design, graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, art direction, and design craft across campaign, social, and digital work.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts across campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and branded content.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear creative ideas and compelling visual territories.
• Art direct and design executions across channels while maintaining conceptual consistency and adapting work to each environment.
• Integrate social and cultural insights into campaign development rather than treating social media as an adaptation.
• Take ideas from initial concept through polished execution across design, art direction, and content.
• Develop moodboards, visual territories, layouts, storyboards, and presentation-ready assets.
• Create high-fidelity visual mockups and presentation-ready assets for client meetings and production.
• Collaborate with production teams, editors, photographers, creators, and other specialists to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain a high standard of creative craft while balancing ambition, timelines, and budgets.
• Present creative concepts, rationale, and visual direction internally and to clients.
• Apply feedback constructively and determine when to defend, evolve, or reconsider ideas.
• Contribute proactively to creative reviews and help strengthen overall creative quality.
• Maintain alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.
