Accenture Philippines is seeking an HR Service Delivery Sr Manager to oversee global payroll delivery across in-house and outsourced countries from Taguig, in a hybrid setup. This role leads a large payroll team and coordinates pre-payroll, tax remittances, and compliance across 17 countries and ~75K payslips monthly.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of payroll experience, hands-on SAP and Workday, and strong data management, controls, and stakeholder collaboration.

• 12+ years of relevant payroll experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Hands-on SAP and Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage global payroll delivery across in house and outsource countries.
• There are 17 countries under scope with approx. 30 pay runs.
• Lead a team of ~150 resources servicing ~75K payslips monthly.
• Oversee pre payroll, gross to net and external vendor partners.
• Ensure data management, payroll controls, and compliance.
