POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Sr Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE
Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across In house and Outsource Countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Incumbent will be responsible for Global Payroll delivery across In house and Outsource Countries.
- There are overall 17 countries that are under scope with approx. 30 Pay runs.
- Incumbent will be responsible for overall Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance managing a team of approx. 150 resources servicing approx. ~75K pay slips monthly.
- Role will be managing Pre payroll, Gross to net and external vendor partners
- Incumbent need to have a solid understanding of Data management, Payroll Controls, corresponding Payroll failure points, and Ops rigor.
- Should have managed a team of 50+ with multiple geographies (preferably ANZ).
- Should have a good understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances and other Regulatory requirements.
- Should have worked hands on SAP, Workday, though in the current role team will manage the same, but incumbent needs to have systems knowledge.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12+ years of relevant experience
- Hands‑on, end‑to‑end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
- Experience leading or supervising a payroll team
- SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution
- Global experience is preferred only
Core Competencies
- Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
- Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
- Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
Payroll Profile Flexibilities
- Agreed to broaden screening criteria and consider transferable experience such as remittances, payroll accounting, reconciliation, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and payroll systems (ADP/Oracle).
- Leadership capability (people management, team size managed, and scope of responsibility) will be validated during interviews.
- Recent payroll experience and payroll leadership backgrounds remain preferred.
- Employment gaps can be considered if recruitment validates and documents the explanation before interviews.
- Candidates with transferable payroll-related experience may proceed to interviews.
- ADP and other payroll system experience may be considered even without SAP experience.
- Leadership readiness will be assessed during interviews.
- Strong candidates with explainable employment gaps may still be considered.
- Project to adopt a more lenient interview approach to broaden the pool of viable candidates
