Job summary

JTI GBS Manila seeks an Asset Accounting Manager to lead an asset accounting team responsible for end-to-end fixed asset accounting across 40+ entities globally. You will oversee capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, reporting, reconciliations, controls, and stakeholder management.

You will guide a 12-15 person team, ensure compliance with JSOX and internal controls, and partner with Corporate Finance to standardize IFRS-compliant processes while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA is an advantage
• At least 5 years in financial reporting, accounting, or finance operations in a multinational
• Strong SAP Asset Accounting (AA) expertise
• People leadership experience managing medium-sized teams
• Experience in shared services environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project management skills

• Lead a team of 12-15 professionals in asset accounting operations
• Oversee end-to-end fixed asset accounting across multiple entities
• Ensure IFRS-compliant processes and SOX/internal controls
• Drive continuous improvements and standardization with Corporate Finance
