Job summary

BTI Payments Philippines, Inc. seeks a Fixed Asset and Inventory Management Supervisor to lead asset tracking, depreciation, and inventory integrity. You will manage the fixed asset register, perform reconciliations, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role partners with the Asset Management Team and various functions to ensure accurate records, strong internal controls, and timely reporting for audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with fixed assets and inventories in large ERP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain fixed asset register with accuracy on cost, location, tagging, and useful life (CapEx awareness).
• Review asset classifications and depreciation entries; approve recordings per policies.
• Lead periodic physical asset verification and asset tagging.
• Coordinate asset movements and reconcile discrepancies with ledgers.
• Oversee inventory records, ERP master data, and movements across procurement, warehouse, and asset management.
• Plan and conduct physical counts; investigate variances and reconcile with system records.
• Strengthen internal controls, prepare reports for audits, and monitor KPIs like turnover and obsolescence.
