Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Operations Manager – Global Asset Accounting to lead a team of 30+ professionals across multiple regions. The role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, accurate asset transactions, and adherence to IFRS/GAAP and company policies.

You will drive asset lifecycle activities, collaborate with process owners, and partner with auditors while implementing continuous improvements and KPIs for performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent license is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of fixed asset accounting teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of fixed asset transactions per policies.
• Oversee month-end closing and fixed asset lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal).
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP and local regulation compliance.
• Collaborate with auditors during fixed asset audits and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
