Mondiale VGL is seeking a Process Management Specialist to join our EU Operations team in a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will handle vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies across the accounts payable process.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Shared Services or BPO within logistics, or is a fresh graduate with relevant degree. We offer a global logistics environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience in Shared Services or BPO in logistics is an advantage.
• Fresh grads encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies and inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies; dispute with counterparts.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
