Aufgaben

• Process AP payments per contract terms and review carrier documentation.
• Validate invoices against dispatch contracts and carrier details.
• Verify BOL accuracy and ensure proper signatures.
• Maintain carrier profiles with ACH, W9, TIN, and compliance records.
• Schedule and process payments using Accounting/TMS systems.
• Prepare and send customer statements; respond to inquiries about payment status.
