S&P Global in Manila, Philippines seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A and Reporting to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Energy. You will drive monthly close, budgeting, and reporting submissions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights.

The role requires strong financial modelling, advanced Excel, and experience with PowerBI/Tableau and financial systems like Anaplan/Workday. Hybrid with UK hours, US hours during closing.

Competenze

• 6+ years of FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or related analysis.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience analyzing results, explaining variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present clearly.
• Collaborative with finance and cross-functional partners; able to multi-task.

Mansioni

• Support monthly close, estimates, forecasts, and annual budget for the Division.
• Prepare variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Lead sanctions reporting, impairment analysis, and related activities with Legal & Compliance.
• Consolidate financial submissions with the Director and Energy Finance team.
• Develop financial reports, models, and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for QFR and QBR; coordinate inputs with partners.
• Support expense and headcount reporting and forecast updates.
