Jacobs Projects (Philippines), Inc. in Manila is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join the APAC team.

You will partner with the FP&A function to drive financial performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and deliver insights that influence decisions across projects and regions. The role requires 8–10 years in finance, strong data analytics, advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, and experience with Oracle ERP and Salesforce.

Qualifikationen

8-10 years solid experience in a finance role or a relevant qualification.
Strategic thinking with strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and Salesforce; advanced Excel with large data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Power BI; ability to engage stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Preparing weekly and monthly reports and insightful analysis for management and finance teams.
Identifying business trends to support decision making.
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes; SOX and US GAAP compliance.
Contributing to standardization of reporting and processes across the region.
Building reporting for the APAC region and driving data-driven decisions.
