Aprio’s Finance Team in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects across the firm. The role collaborates with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide insights and drive decision-making.

The candidate will analyze monthly results, assist with budgets and forecasts, and ensure data integrity for consolidated reports while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and planning/reporting tools such as Workday or Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, management reports, and dashboards for leadership.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile data for consolidated reporting with accounting/FP&A teams.
• Support M&A-related financial integrations and post-acquisition analysis.
• Develop process documentation and drive improvements for accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic analyses for leadership.
