Job summary

Manulife Financial Philippines is seeking a Financial Control Analyst to perform structured financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance through journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

The role covers end-to-end R2R processes, month-end close, cost management, budgeting, and collaboration with HR on payroll and benefits, as well as supporting audits and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or equivalent professional certification) preferred.
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant accounting experience (R2R, P2P, and O2C) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Record-to-Report execution with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Own month-end close including accruals and reclasses.
• Support benefits and compensation reporting and HR payroll inputs.
• Prepare statutory and management financial statements and reports.
• Provide cost management, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and SOX controls.
