Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning support to the North America Intermediary business. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Support management reporting activities, including sales reporting, variance analysis, commentaries, and financial bridges.
Assist with forecasting, planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis initiatives.
Collaborate with global business partners and finance teams to support reporting requirements, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
