Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Finance FP&A professional in the GWAM group to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, reports, and forecasts. You will consolidate data from multiple stakeholders and produce polished decks for senior partners, including Canada wealth reports and planning documents.

You will report locally to the MBPS FP&A Team Manager and collaborate with North America stakeholders to ensure timely, insightful analysis and continuous process improvements across

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• At least 4 years in a finance role, Wealth/Asset Management experience a plus.
• Experience with process automation is a plus; strong MS Office and presentation skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities for business partners and teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps and Anaplan is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize financial information from stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for GWAM FP&A.
• Create Management Decks and planning documents for Canada Wealth reports and forecasting.
• Maintain report templates, highlight issues, and pursue solutions.
• Improve reporting processes for month-end and quarter-end cycles.
• Support annual planning with trend analysis, projections, and decks.
• Identify improvements and implement reporting and process solutions.
• Collaborate with North America Wealth team and MBPS FP&A on reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Participate in cross-training and quality checks; train new team members.
