Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Sr. Analyst in Makati to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. You will maintain accounting policies, deliver accurate financial reports, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client statements.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, and other transactions are posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
• Respond to and resolve complex issues from management and clients.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
