Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Finance Associate in McKinley Hill, Taguig City to lead process improvements and manage complex financial data. The role focuses on ensuring accurate accounting, policy adherence, and efficient controls within the financial operations function.

The candidate will review transactional activities, perform audits, and collaborate with internal and external customers to drive improvements. A strong office suite skillset and numerical proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the role.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely and logically.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset.
• Strong math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Review data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoices, tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipts.
• Perform audits for identified process improvement initiatives and make recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Act as point person for implementing complex process improvements requiring team effort.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure timelines are met.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams to improve processes.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency.
