Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate in McKinley Hill, Taguig City to lead projects, implementations, and training programs focused on process improvements within the Finance function.

You will review and present data on vendor invoices, tax processing, lease administration and cash receipts; perform audits for improvement initiatives; troubleshoot inquiries; and drive cross‑team process enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and present data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoice processing, 1009 and tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipt applications to management.
• Perform audits for identified process improvement initiatives. Make recommendations based on the information gathered.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
• Point person for implementing complex process improvements that require a team effort.
• Delegate tasks to team members. Ensure timelines are achieved.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
