Aprio’s Business Operations - Finance Team is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to join a fast-growing, top-tier CPA and advisory firm. You will manage the accounting department, lead financial reporting, tax, payroll, and audits while upholding Aprio’s standards.

The role requires CPA and 2-3 years of leadership in full-cycle accounting, with hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) and full-time onsite in the initial period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA certification essential.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems is required; Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the accounting department's day-to-day operations and supervise staff.
• Develop and enforce accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, cash receipts, GL, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advise management on financial performance and strategic actions.
• Enhance systems, processes, and action plans per the Aprio standard.
• Collaborate with treasury on banking relations and payments compliance.
• Lead payroll functions including semi-monthly processing and tax forms.
• Oversee tax reporting and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Support internal and statutory audits with accurate schedules.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Finance teams to ensure governance.
