Job summary

Aprio seeks an Accountant to support weekly and monthly client accounting, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll processing. The role requires a degree in accounting and experience with accounting software. Hybrid work setup and collaboration with senior staff are key components of the position.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple clients in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting is required.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, hybrid team setting.
• Experience in BPO industry is a plus.
• CPA license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle weekly and monthly client accounting tasks.
• Pull and verify reports for monthly work.
• Process bank reconciliations and import bank/cc transactions.
• Record payroll and update tax expenses.
• Close books and post end-of-period entries.
• Assist with process documentation and improvements.
