Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a high-volume SMB portfolio, acting as the primary post-sale contact to drive adoption, retention, and value realization within a SaaS environment.

You will engage cross-functionally to monitor health metrics, prevent churn, and partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities while building product and process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SMB customers in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer health tools.
• Exposure to retention or renewal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers.
• Execute the defined customer engagement model with cadence-based outreach.
• Own the customer relationship and primary point of contact for needs and escalations.
• Drive product activation and early adoption.
• Monitor customer health signals and identify churn risks.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities.
