Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Commerce Analyst to support data-driven decisions across client digital platforms. You will collect, analyze, and present KPI data, ensuring insights reach cross-functional teams and influence ongoing optimization of webstores and mobile apps.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with BI tools, and a solid understanding of e-commerce practices. A collaborative, multicultural, hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Excellent Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of documentation standards used in the company and industry.
• Able to be productive in a multicultural, virtual environment.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and online consumer behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare regular reports and dashboards related to demand KPI and revenue to communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark competitors, evaluate user experience, and recommend strategies for competitive advantage.
• Prepare content audit reports and other specifics to optimize website design and functionality.
• Execute site content checks, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of images, copy, and UX features across client’s digital platforms including webstore and mobile application.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Develop and refine existing reports to ensure maximum performance and usability while aligning with strategic business needs.

Your Role



As a Digital Commerce Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Collect and prepare regular reports and dashboards related to demands KPI and revenue to communicate the findings and insights to cross-functional teams

• Responsible for executing site content check user acceptance testing and quality assurance to (ensureing accuracy of image/copy/UX featuressite functionality ) across the client’s digital platforms include webstore and mobile application
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection while consistently meeting deadlines

What You Need



Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Must have a BA/BS degree
• Proven expertise in MS Office (excel, powepoint), particularly strong skill needed in handling Excel
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus (eg. Microstrategy/Tableau/Cognos)
• Excellent understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
• Able to be extremely productive and effective in a multi-cultural, virtual work environment
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, online consumer behavior, and industry trends
