IQ-EQ is hiring a Home Vacancies Officer 2, Depositary for a hybrid work setup in the Philippines. You will perform routine depositary operations, monitor cash flows, review transaction documentation, and support client service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

A 2–3 year background in depositary or custody roles is preferred, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. You will contribute to year-end asset position preparation and respond to client inquiries, reporting progress to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in depositary or custody operations, fund administration, or related roles with cash monitoring exposure.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations, regulatory compliance, and fund activity processes including asset position reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
