Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of depositary or custody operations experience, with cash monitoring exposure.
• Strong knowledge of depositary operations, compliance standards and fund activity processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; proactive multitasker.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine depositary operations with supervision and accuracy.
• Perform cash monitoring activities and review basic documentation.
• Support client service delivery and convey technical information to stakeholders.
• Prepare year-end asset positions and respond to routine client queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors.
