Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Depositary Operations Analyst in Manila to perform routine depositary tasks with moderate supervision and develop deeper process knowledge. You will execute cash monitoring, review documentation, and support client service while ensuring compliance and asset position accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of depositary or custody operations, fund administration, or similar roles with exposure to cash monitoring and transaction review.
• Understanding of depositary operations, regulatory standards, and asset position reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail for compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine depositary operations and perform cash monitoring activities.
• Review basic transaction documentation and maintain compliance standards.
• Support client service delivery and provide technical knowledge, cash monitoring, and documentation review.
• Prepare year-end asset positions and handle routine client queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors.
