Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a technical expert in depositary services to provide specialized knowledge without supervisory duties. You will uphold regulatory standards, review complex matters, and act as a subject-matter expert across depositary operations.

Based in the Philippines, the role emphasizes process improvement, quality oversight, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support client outcomes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in depositary/custody, fund administration, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of depositary regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience handling complex depositary activities and documentation review.
• Proven track record of process improvements within control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and SME for depositary services, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Review complex matters, critical documentation, and escalated client issues for quality.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Lead process improvements and develop procedures to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Contribute to global training and knowledge-sharing programs to promote excellence.
