IQ-EQ is seeking an Officer 2, Depositary in Fund Administration to perform routine depositary operations with supervision. You will handle tasks independently as you deepen understanding of processes and requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes supporting client services, reviewing documentation, and maintaining regulatory standards while coordinating with supervision for progress updates. A background in finance-related fields is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in depositary, custody operations or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute routine depositary operations and cash monitoring.
• Review basic transaction documentation and ensure compliance standards.
• Support client service delivery and provide technical knowledge.
• Prepare year-end asset positions and respond to client queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors.
