Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking an Officer 2, Depositary for Fundamental Investment & Fund Administration. In this role you perform routine depositary operations with supervision, handling cash monitoring and transaction reviews to support our clients.

You will build depth in regulatory compliance, asset positions, and reporting while delivering service excellence and contributing to a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of depositary or custody operations experience with exposure to cash monitoring and transaction review.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and fund activity processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with attention to detail for reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine depositary operations and cash monitoring.
• Review basic transaction documentation and maintain prescribed compliance standards.
• Support client service delivery and deliver technical knowledge while handling cash monitoring and review of documentation.
• Prepare year-end asset positions and handle routine client queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors.
