IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking an Officer 2, Depositary for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). You will perform routine depositary operations under moderate supervision and handle basic cash monitoring and documentation reviews.

You will contribute to client service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare routine asset position data, and respond to standard client inquiries while developing deeper knowledge of fund activity processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of depositary or custody operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of depositary operations and fund activity processes.

Responsabilités

• Execute routine depositary operations with moderate supervision.
• Review basic transaction documentation and ensure compliance standards.
• Support client service delivery and conduct cash monitoring activities.
• Prepare year-end asset positions and respond to routine client queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and report progress to supervisors.
