Job summary

Azeus Group is seeking an IT Deployment Assistant to support the Deployment Manager and monitor software deployment stages. The role involves recording requests, coordinating with teams, and performing health checks and tests before deployment.

The temporary hybrid position lasts 6 months with a background check and NBI clearance required. Preference for flexibility, Sunday-Thursday schedule, and Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills.
• Focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (e.g. JIRA).
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Can render overtime when needed.
• Amenable to work on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Philippine Time).

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor requests sent to the Deployment Team
• Ensure deployment requests are fulfilled
• Coordinate with various teams to support deployment needs
• Alert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closure
• Conduct post production testing before actual deployment to prospects and customers
• Update appropriate tracking systems
• Monitor deployed environments expiration and release
• Conduct health checks, core function testing and bulk testing
• Render general administrative support to assigned projects
