Job summary

Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to implement, deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for hybrid cloud, network and security solutions across diverse customer environments. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, customer meetings, and solution briefings.
• Work with sales and project teams in developing technical proposals, solution designs, bills of materials, and recommended IT solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements, existing infrastructure, security considerations, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and manufacturers for technical support, product escalation, and solution implementation.
• Perform follow-up services to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer service in all customer and business engagements.
