Job summary

Arbex in Taguig is seeking a seasoned Demand and Supply Planning professional to establish consensus forecasts for PH FMC products and to coordinate critical information flows with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Production, ensuring supply meets demand with profitability. You will lead consensus meetings and drive forecast accuracy improvements.

The role requires 5–10 years of planning experience, strong ERP/Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 year experience in either supply planning or demand planning in the same industrial business.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques.
• Fluent in English communication (Speaking/Writing/Reading).
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop consensus medium term – long term forecasts for PH FMC sales/marketing departments.
• Develop monthly schedule for submission and review of forecasts.
• Analyze submitted forecasts versus history, projections, seasonality, and planned activity.
• Lead demand consensus meeting with PH FMC sales and Marketing team.
• Monitor market dynamics and customer behavior to identify demand shifts and improve forecasts.
• Format and translate forecasts for all Planning processes; carry out interfaces/uploads of forecast data.
• Split forecasts into time buckets (weekly/daily) and update versions in the system.
• Report forecast accuracy and KPI metrics and explore inputs to forecasting.
• Coordinate/Participate in SEA FMC IBP process; convene meetings and elevate issues.
