Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting; FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience in demand analysis, forecasting, and forecast accuracy monitoring.
• Strong demand forecasting, data analysis, and Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and demand variances.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate forecasts and reports within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support the rolling consensus demand plan.
• Monitor actual demand versus forecast, analyze variances and risks, adjust forecasts based on business and market changes.
• Provide demand insights and scenario analysis to support inventory availability and customer service requirements.
