Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to lead global forecasting and demand planning using advanced techniques and monthly partner data to shape regional plans.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Sales to translate forecasts into inventory requirements, manage safety stock, and improve S&OP processes in a hybrid setup (Cubao or Ortigas) with a focus on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Global forecasting and demand planning for products; aggregate data from partners and update regional plans.
• Lead planning activities including aggregation of demand, analytics, and S&OP systems maturity.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to create reliable demand forecasts.
• Receive and process monthly shipment data from distributors to feed forecasting input.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Sales to ensure product availability and alignment with launches.
• Improve forecast accuracy and communicate adjustments to stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage inventory and safety stock, balancing lead times and service levels.
• Conduct gap analyses and drive process improvements in demand planning and cross-functional engagement.
• Drive data-driven decision making for the organization.
