Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query is an advantage).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for demand planning.
• Monitor inventory and recommend replenishment plans to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
• Prepare demand planning reports, KPIs, and forecast analyses.
• Identify demand risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) activities.
• Improve forecasting processes and planning efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.
• Mentor and guide junior demand planners when necessary.
