Job summary

Emapta is hiring a Data and Systems Analyst to connect Finance Operations with trusted data, reporting, automation, and scalable systems. You will translate complex operational requirements into actionable data, ensure data quality, and enable AI-enabled improvements across global platforms.

The role focuses on end-to-end finance processes, data extraction and modeling, and cross-team collaboration to drive smarter decisions and stronger controls in a hybrid Ortigas environment.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, data and systems analysis, or a similar role within a complex operational environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Operations leaders and teams to translate business needs into clear system, data, reporting, and workflow requirements across core platforms
• Extract, transform, and structure data from core platforms and other sources to build reliable datasets and databases for reporting, analysis, and decision-making
• Work with APIs and system integrations to understand data flows, investigate issues, and support connected finance workflows
• Lead Finance Operations reporting and data requirements, including metric definitions, business rules, data quality expectations, and prioritized enhancement requests
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance Operations and the Finance Apps team or other enabling system teams for systems, reporting, workflows, and operational data
• Develop and improve reports and data visualizations through Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Improve Finance Operations data readiness through stronger data definitions, traceability, controls, documentation, and source-to-report consistency to support trusted and scalable reporting, automation, and AI use cases
• Analyze Finance Operations processes and data to identify practical opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and AI‑enabled solutions
• Work within established platform governance to raise, shape, and support enhancements that improve efficiency, control, data quality, and user experience
• Strengthen data quality, controls, and documentation practices to enable reliable reporting, automation, and AI use cases
• Support the adoption of delivered changes through documentation, test coordination, training, feedback loops, and change enablement
• Surface operational insights and data to guide Finance Operations decisions on process efficiency, service performance, and data quality
• Define clear, testable, and measurable Finance Operations requirements and ensure delivered changes address the intended business problem
