Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter client job information and register samples.
• Perform basic data entry and data cleanup for client records; format data for reports.
• Generate invoices and support billing; reconcile payments and notify clients of overdue payments.
• Prepare laboratory reports and manage reports in a LIMS or other database system.
• Prepare quotations, enter client data into the CRM, maintain CRM records and conduct client research.
