Job summary

SGS is seeking a Data Analyst to perform invoicing, data entry, and logistics-related tasks. The role involves registering samples in LIMS, generating and distributing invoices, and maintaining accurate data across systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of data entry experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. This position is based in Manila with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education.
• At least 3 years of data entry experience.
• Experience in invoicing or administrative roles preferred.
• ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register samples onto LIMS and create work orders based on client requests.
• Prepare customer invoices and statements, distribute to accounts payable contacts.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor or appropriate resource for resolution.
• Follow up with clients regarding payment and ensure timely data input.
• Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files and databases.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental policies.
• Coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed.
