Job summary

Crescendo is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to own recurring reporting and marketing ops. You will manage dashboards, QA data, and support Sailthru email campaigns to free up internal bandwidth while ensuring accuracy.

You will work on hybrid arrangements with a focus on data integrity, timely delivery, and clear communication with stakeholders. This role offers growth and a collaborative, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or marketing operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, lookups, data transformation, charts).
• Experience setting up and deploying campaigns in an Email Service Platform (Sailthru preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and weekly reporting dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Extract data from platforms and populate KPI inputs.
• Update charts and visuals for stakeholders to access current data.
• QA data against process docs before publishing.
• Flag data irregularities to the team.
• Set up and modify Sailthru email campaigns using templates.
• Support email execution for subscriptions, events, surveys.
• Schedule and deploy email sends per weekly calendars.
• Generate post-campaign performance summaries using standard templates.
• Maintain digital assets across platforms.
