INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking a Data Analyst to support internal customers with accurate reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and CRM management.

The role involves creating consolidated reports, analyzing data from multiple sources, and maintaining CRM platforms, with Excel-intensive projects and automated reporting solutions. You will gather and transform large datasets, design automated solutions, and collaborate with IT and business teams to refresh data daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year degree.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM platform, preferably with power-user or administrator-level experience.
• Demonstrable experience using Excel and CRM systems to analyze and reconcile large volumes of data.
• Experience creating PivotTables and other visual reporting tools for data analysis and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• High degree of computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicting information.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Typing speed of approximately 40–50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Assist with requests for non-standard reports and data analysis.
• Support management reporting by maintaining accurate hierarchy information.
• Perform business-to-system analysis and troubleshoot complex management reports and business problems.
• Support the report development lifecycle, including impact analysis and project requirements definition.
• Translate client and business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for project proposals, including process and data flow, user interface, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with managers and senior analysts to understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Develop specifications, analyze and document business processes, validate testing processes, and support user training.
• Gather, clean, transform, and organize large datasets for reporting and visualization.
• Design, develop, and implement effective and strategic automated business solutions.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to support daily automated data refreshing.
• Develop and maintain a standard set of user-friendly reporting tools for internal business customers.
• Maintain and support deployed reporting tools and dashboards.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with CRM reports and data management.
• Build and maintain outreach lists for Sales and Inside Sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve potential data errors, issues, and system-related problems.
• Work with the Database Administrator to help ensure database information is accurate and reliable for reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
