Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a data analyst to assess core business data, build scalable data models, and create intuitive dashboards for stakeholders.

You will implement data validation, ensure quality, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to translate data requirements into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong SQL background, experience with relational databases and BI tools, and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; Snowflake is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud data services storage such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage.
• Data modeling, schema design, and data analysis concepts with insights from data.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI and Agile/Scrum basics.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, organized, with time management and agile prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assess core business data and establish key indicators.
• Create scalable data models to support analytics and operational needs.
• Create dashboards highlighting indicators for each data set.
• Implement data validation and quality checks across the data pipeline.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and the business to understand data requirements.
