In this position, you will guide customers to the right products, resolve urgent issues with warehouses and carriers, and provide accurate product information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to the right products by navigating our catalog and internal resources to ensure customers complete their jobs.
• Solve urgent order and delivery challenges by investigating issues and coordinating with the warehouse and carriers to get customers what they need when it matters most.
• Provide accurate product information and documentation, helping customers access specifications, safety data sheets, certificates, and other information they need.
• Tackle unfamiliar problems and ambiguous situations by gathering information, researching, and developing practical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, moving between diverse customer needs while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.
